This additional rate is applied to jobs where multiple power tools and equipment are required to be supplied and used by us.

Cross-check all building documentation relating to your build. Check the accuracy, design functionality and suitability, plans, building details, engineering design, external reports, compliance to codes of all documentation provided to you by the builder. Check for missing information, inaccuracies, conflicting information, flaws that will cause building mistakes and additional costs and delays, and will cause frustration for you later. I personally became very good at this as an estimator.

PRIOR TO PLASTER INSTALL -This can be provided as a convenience for the customer / client to identify where services are located in different parts of the house, in order to avoid damaging them in cases of installing hardware such as screws for tv mounts. Different types of Epoxy coatings have different costs. The overall cost increases for increased levels of surface preparation. (Epoxy coatings are not a simple process).

You will own the video / photos and any copyrights. Your have exclusive rights to the media produced. .

This would be included as a predictively estimated sum in the quote and therefore the contract. Any unused portion of this sum would be refunded only after all the works are fully complete and handed-over to the Customer / Client. This provisional sum is related directly to the works at hand and not external unforeseeable issues.
