All your information is 100% private and protected with us, and WILL NOT be sold onto third parties like a lot of other companies do these days. Any or all of the info that we keep in relation to you will be de-identified as much as possible when collected and used for the purpose of quoting, communicating and performing tasks. After the job is completed and the customer has accepted job handover in writing, any identifying information can be completely removed (but we may need to keep the de-identified details of the physical works completed on file for up to 7 years after job is completed for guarantee / warranty purposes). 

Any or all of your info WILL be completely deleted / destroyed upon your written request, at any time. 

Note: In the case of works already underway, your info can only be completely deleted / destroyed if full or partial payment has been made for the works completed up until that point in time.
